Last-minute Tuna Appetizer

You might have company coming at the spur of the minute, an impromptu party invitation, or a potluck dinner and need a quick-fix dish. This dip will be just the thing.

Ingredients:
1 6.50-ounce can tuna, drained
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 small onion, diced
1 teaspoon Romano cheese
1 teaspoon bacon bits
1/2 teaspoon dill

To make:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Sparingly sprinkle parsley and paprika on top. Place tuna mixture in a small bowl in the center of a platter. Add crackers around the bowl, and serve at room temperature. Spread mixture with knife on crackers.

Tip: You can eliminate bacon bits to make it meatless.
