Summer Fun Drinks from My New Book
One for the kids and one for mom...

Blu-ana Shake 
Excerpted from soon-to-be released The Frantic Woman's Guide to Feeding Family and Friends.
This is a delicious summer-time drink that is sure to please everyone. This is a great pick-me-up shake. Mmm! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
4 cups of milk
4 bananas
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
10 ice cubes


To make:

1. Dump all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend on high for about 3 minutes.
3. Pour blended drink into glasses. Enjoy!

Frantic Woman Cocktail
I had this drink created by the Pittsburgh Bartenders School for the release of my first book, The Frantic Woman's Guide to Life. Now, this is a drink for adults only. :)

Ingredients:
1/2 ounce Frangelico
1/2 ounce Vodka
1/2 ounce Amaretto
Half and half

To make:
1. Add liquor to a high ball glass.
2. Add half and half (about 3/4 full).
3. Add ice. Stir and enjoy.
